Stoneware Mug — Ash Glaze

Each mug is thrown on the wheel from a dark stoneware body, then glazed with our house ash glaze — made from wood ash, local feldspar, and a small iron addition. The result varies kiln to kiln: expect shifts from warm brown to grey-green.

Food-safe, dishwasher-safe, though hand-washing preserves the glaze longest. Holds approximately 300ml.
